Legal
Terms of Service
Last updated October 9, 2026
This document describes how the SpawnX service works today. It should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel for your jurisdiction before public launch.
1. Using SpawnX
SpawnX provides messaging for individuals and groups. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use SpawnX on behalf of an organization, you confirm you’re authorized to accept them for it.
2. Your account
- Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
- You’re responsible for activity on your account.
- Usernames are first-come, first-served. We may reclaim usernames that impersonate others or infringe rights.
- You must meet the minimum age required to use online services in your country.
3. Acceptable use
Don’t use SpawnX to:
- harass, threaten or abuse others, or share content that sexualizes minors;
- send spam or unsolicited bulk messages;
- impersonate people or organizations;
- share malware or try to access accounts, data or systems you aren’t authorized to access;
- break the law or infringe others’ rights.
We may restrict or remove accounts that break these rules, and we review reports submitted through the app.
4. Your content
You own what you send. You give SpawnX the permission needed to store, transmit and display your content to the people you share it with, solely to operate the service. Messages you send remain visible to their recipients even if you later delete your account.
5. Availability and changes
We work to keep SpawnX reliable but can’t guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change; we’ll describe significant changes to these terms on this page and update the date above.
6. Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Disclaimers and liability
SpawnX is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, SpawnX isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
